Restaurant Supervisor-| Lord Lygon Restaurant & Wine Bar

Who are We:

We are an award-winning Wine Bar & Restaurant located in the vibrant inner-city suburb of Carlton. With an established reputation for having a warm and chic atmosphere, Lord Lygon has a wonderfully curated menu and an outstanding selection of locally and internationally sourced wines, craft beers and cocktails. We have a small, close-knit team, that prides itself on providing a wonderful customer experience for all our patrons. 

The Role:

Assisting and supporting the Bar and Restaurant Manager, (as the 2IC for the restaurant) with regards to shift management, opening and closing procedures, and other day to day routine operational tasks, including inventory management and daily/weekly prep duties.

What We Need:

• At least 2 years industry experience, ideally in a wine bar and table service environment

• Well presented, with excellent customer service skills

• A positive, professional attitude, and genuine passion for hospitality

• Australian working rights 

• Weekend and evening availability

• Valid VIC RSA certification

What we can offer

This is a casual position and includes all entitlements under Australian Employment Law. 

We are trading evenings on Tuesday to Saturday. Potentially extending to Sunday.
