As part of our growth, Maleny Grove presents an exciting opportunity to join our team as an enthusiastic Resident Services Officer in our beautiful retirement village. 

As a first point of contact, you will liaise with residents and visitors to Maleny Grove ensuring they receive the warmest of welcomes. 

The Resident Services Officer conducts a wide variety of administrative duties including, but not limited to, document preparation and collation, management of correspondence, data entry, reporting, filing, copying, printing, scanning, scheduling appointments, and other general administration tasks.  Also scheduling and coordinating various resident activities both internal and external.
