Casual Receptionist Dermatology Clinic

We are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Casual Receptionist to join our busy specialist dermatology practice for a 3–6 month casual contract.

Casual position for approximately 1–2 days per week

Flexibility to provide additional cover for annual leave and sick leave, often at short notice

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner

Answering incoming phone calls and managing appointment bookings

Processing patient accounts and Medicare claims

Managing patient records and correspondence

Liaising with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals

General administrative and reception duties

Desirable (not essential)

Previous experience in a medical or specialist practice

Knowledge of genie software (or similar medical software)
