Senior Administration Clerk

Rex Gorell Family Group is one of the largest privately owned, motor vehicle dealer groups in Australia, as such we are seeking a Senior Administration Clerk to join our team on a full time basis.

This role include:

• Vehicle Stock Control

• Pre delivery control

• Compiling deal packs, compliance checking, document archiving

• Costing New/Used car deliveries

• Processing VicRoads registrations and transfers

• Utilising manufacturer system

• Processing fleet claims   

• Reception/general administration duties

• AP/AR

• Bank Reconciliation

To be successful in the position you will need to have the following:

• Previous dealership experience preferred

• Accurate data entry, good computer skills

• Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Ability to use initiative and motivation to learn

• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines

• Flexibility to work across multiple dealerships and locations (within the Geelong area) as required

• Previous experience using a DMS would be advantageous
