About the role

Hotondo Homes Camden is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. Based in The Oaks NSW, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the residential construction industry, helping clients find their dream homes and guiding them through the buying process. As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our business forward by building strong relationships with prospective buyers and delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming potential customers to our sales office

• Answering customer enquiries regarding floor plans, pricing, specifications and available options

• Identifying customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties and building solutions

• Preparing and presenting quotations and finance information to prospective buyers

• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through follow-up communications and relationship management

• Processing sales inquiries and documentation in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion

• Staying informed about current market trends, competitor offerings and product knowledge

• Creating house and land packages to give the vision of what the client can build

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the residential construction, real estate or property development sector

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups

• Excellent customer service orientation and commitment to exceeding customer expectations

• Confidence in presenting and negotiating with potential buyers

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Well-organised with strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities

• A genuine passion for helping customers and driving sales results

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

• Full driving licence and reliable transport

• Preferred: Experience with CRM systems and sales software
