What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking café and catering menu items
• Following recipes and maintaining consistency and quality
• Working safely with allergen and dietary requirements
• Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
• Supporting the kitchen team with daily production
• Helping with stock rotation, preparation and kitchen organisation
• Contributing ideas and helping improve our food and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous commercial kitchen or cooking experience
• Confident cooking and food preparation skills
• Reliable, punctual and consistent
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
• High standards of food safety and hygiene
• Allergen awareness is an advantage
• Must be an Australian citizen or have full working rights in Australia
