The Canberra Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (CAPS) Clinic is a unique and comprehensive plastic surgery practice based in Deakin. Led by specialist plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr Alastair Taylor, we have been caring for the Canberra community for over 25 years. Dr Taylor offers a full suite of plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. In our MyGenesis clinic, we offer a comprehensive range of non-surgical skin and body rejuventation treatments. In our 360UV Clinic, we provide a comprehensive and professionally supported skin cancer unit offering a full range of skin cancer treatments and skin checks.

Here at The CAPS Clinic, we are a team of qualified and dedicated staff who pride ourselves on our patient care. Every part of The CAPS Clinic has been specifically designed and purposely built to provide our patients with five-star experience.

THE ROLE:
In this role you will be part of a busy team which is responsible for the day to day running of the clinic, patient appointments, document management, receipting of payments and answering a variety of patient queries via email and phone.

ABOUT YOU:
You will be a customer focused team player, with a friendly and empathetic approach to dealing with clients, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise which will see you succeed in this role.

You will also have:

• strong verbal and written communication skills, with a calm and professional demeanor

• exceptional organisational skills

• experience in a medical setting.

• keen attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care, and
