Business Analyt (Entry / Junior)

Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Festival du LÀC is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. In this role, the analyst supports the review and improvement of business processes, helping document workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and clarifying business requirements from stakeholders, preparing basic reports and summaries, and assisting in the development of recommendations based on data and feedback. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, contributes to documentation and presentations, and helps ensure that changes align with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. The role involves learning and applying business analysis methods under guidance, while maintaining clear communication and accurate records.
