Role Description This part-time Business Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Festival du LÀC is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with a mix of on-site work and work from home. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, contributes to documentation and presentations, and helps ensure that changes align with organizational goals and stakeholder needs. The role involves learning and applying business analysis methods under guidance, while maintaining clear communication and accurate records.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to help document needs, define use cases, and support solution design.Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map workflows, identify gaps, and assist in process improvement initiatives.Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, document findings clearly, and present insights in an accessible way.Candidates should ideally have proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, basic data visualization).Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a part-time, hybrid environment.Candidates would benefit from coursework or experience in business, economics, data analytics, or a related field; prior internship or project experience is an advantage but not required.
