Business Development Rep | Commercial Cleaning | $70k + Super + Bonuses

SJV Cleaning is one of the fastest growing commercial cleaning companies in the country. We went from a one man operation to a multi million dollar business in under four years, backed by 200+ five star Google reviews. Adelaide is our home market and it is nowhere near done. We are expanding nationally and building out the sales team that drives it.

This is a field sales role. You will work a mapped territory across the CBD, the fringe (Kent Town, Norwood, North Adelaide, Greenhill Rd, Unley Rd), the western and airport precincts, and the northern logistics corridors. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do: get in front of business owners and office managers every day, build relationships, quote jobs, sign clients. You are the face of SJV at every door, so professional presentation is part of the job.

What the role looks like

• 5 to 6 hours in the field every day knocking commercial doors and building precinct relationships

• Daily phone block following up quotes and warm leads

• Walk spaces, price jobs off our system, issue quotes same day

• Log everything in our field workbook. If it is not logged it did not happen

• Clear pathway to senior BDM and area management as our national expansion rolls out

What we need

• Hunger. This role is for someone who wants to out earn the salary, not hide behind it

• Exceptional spoken and written English. You will be holding face to face conversations with business owners all day, and how you communicate is the product

• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights

• Face to face sales or field experience preferred. Cleaning experience not required

• Full drivers licence and own reliable car

• Thick skin, high energy, honest. Our logs are checked and our numbers do not lie
