Costing Clerk / Service Advisor

About the role

You will also:

• Take ownership of costing and finalising repair orders, ensuring every job is accurately captured and technicians are properly recognised for their work
• Process warranty and service agreement claims with the kind of attention to detail that keeps the department running without a hitch
• Reconcile parts invoicing and maintain the financial integrity of a busy service operation
• Step confidently into a Service Advisor capacity when needed, giving you direct customer contact and a broader understanding of how the department fits together
• Act as a reliable bridge between the workshop and front of house, keeping communication clear and customers well informed
• Become a recognised expert within the team, the person others turn to when accuracy and process knowledge matter most
