Peak Season Casual — Fulfilment & Customer Care

Availability: September 2026 – January 2027, with hours to vary week to week

Location: YCL Studio, Burleigh Heads

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes real pride in getting the details right. From the moment a customer places an order to the moment they receive (and wear) their piece, you'll be part of making it happen. If you're curious about how a growing Australian ecommerce brand really runs behind the scenes, this is your foot in the door.

About the Role: Working in-house from our Burleigh Heads studio, you will:

1. Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with precision and care

2. Process orders for shipment (Shopify & StarShipit)

3. Respond to customer enquiries across email and social DMs, always in line with our brand tone

4. Gift-wrap, quality-check and prepare every order to our signature standard

5. Support general studio operations through our busiest season

• Available across the peak period, including the Black Friday weekend and the lead-up to Christmas
